Terms of Use
These terms cover Stash (macOS) and StashGo (iOS, iPadOS), built by SmartDojo ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the apps, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which also applies to apps distributed through the App Store.
The apps
Stash is a clipboard and snippet manager for macOS. StashGo is a companion viewer for iPhone and iPad that reads the same vault through your own iCloud account. Both apps are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Purchases
StashGo's Browse, Pro, and Everything unlocks are one-time, non-consumable purchases processed by Apple. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal for these unlocks. Purchases restore automatically on your other devices signed in with the same Apple ID, using the App Store's Restore Purchases mechanism. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Your content
You own your snippets, folders, and images. We never see them: they are encrypted on your device and synced only through your own iCloud account. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure, since that is what protects your vault.
Acceptable use
Don't use the apps to store or process content you don't have the right to possess, and don't attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the purchase or licensing mechanisms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartDojo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the apps, including loss of data. Because your vault is encrypted with keys only you hold, we cannot recover lost data on your behalf; back up through iCloud as Apple intends.
Changes
We may update these terms as the apps evolve. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes and reflected by the date above.
